Ding, dong merrily on high! It’s TurkeyCam

So, where is your Christmas turkey coming from this year? Ever even thought about it? 

On the right you can see the Farm, Park & Wild Christmas turkeys doing what…well…turkeys do. Granted, it may not be edge-of-the-seat viewing, but TurkeyCam does show you exactly what you can expect from a Farm, Park & Wild Christmas turkey and the conditions they were being reared in. We could have just put a photograph here but we thought you’d like to see what was actually happening at the farm. TurkeyCam won’t be for everyone, we know that. But if you want to know exactly where your food comes from and care about how it’s treated here’s absolute proof.

TurkeyCam can be seen as a gimmick but there is a serious message here.

We have ALL got to think about what goes into the food we and our children are eating. Jamie Oliver paved the way with his excellent School Dinners series, then was joined by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the Chicken Out Campaign. This is important stuff, the birds and animals we rear for food deserve our respect and with TurkeyCam we hope to prove that Farm, Park and Wild is at the forefront of this ethos.

There were only 450 of them and during the day they can roam to their hearts content.

Growing naturally and slowly, our Norfolk Black Turkeys (now sold out) and Norfolk Bronze Turkeys were secure at night in a large barn with plenty of room safe from predators and adverse weather conditions.  

We’ll deliver your Christmas turkey direct from the farm in time for Christmas. You’ll taste the difference and know that your bird is free of growth hormone, is not full of injected water and, what’s more, has had the best quality of life possible.
