Food Provenance – never more important

There was a great story on Sky News this morning about how more and more people are thinking about the provenance of their food.

Quite right too we say! Someone who keeps their own pigs made this wonderful comment – “People often say to me how on earth do you eat animals that you’ve raised? I reply: “How on earth could you eat an animal if you didn’t know how it had been raised?” And that’s exactly the point.
